2. Delivery and Charges

We offer worldwide delivery. Due to fraud we do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels and any other institute we deem as a potential high risk fraud area.

3. Ordering

All products ordered online will be sent confirmation. With us having no control over the buying of products 24/7 if for any reason we run out of stock of any product it will usually clearly state on the site - out of stock. In extreme cases where the product is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. If any of the latter occur you the buyer will receive an e-mail explaining and giving you options.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
